Overview

What is MISSA BOMS?

The Management Information System for Social Assistance (MISSA) is the government's digital system for managing social protection payments. It is being upgraded into the Beneficiary Operations Management System (BOMS).

BOMS manages the full lifecycle of social assistance benefits, from eligibility testing to enrolment, payments, monitoring, and complaints handling.

By linking with NISSA, BOMS ensures that social assistance is delivered fairly, efficiently, and transparently across all districts.
