The National Information System for Social Assistance (NISSA) and the Management Information System for Social Assistance (MISSA) are the Government of Lesotho's flagship digital systems for delivering fair, transparent, and data-driven social protection.
Together, these systems support programmes such as the Child Grants Programme, Public Assistance, and Bursary support for orphans and vulnerable children.
