NISSA is the National Information System for Social Assistance. It stores verified household data used to assess eligibility for social protection programmes and to support fair targeting.

MISSA is the Management Information System for Social Assistance. It is being upgraded to BOMS (Beneficiary Operations Management System) to manage enrolment, payments, monitoring, returns, and grievances.

Go to the login page and click “Forgot Password”. Enter your email and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.

Click your profile icon at the top right and select “View Profile” to update your details.

Payments are processed via approved channels (e.g., mobile money or cash) through BOMS. Beneficiaries can confirm pay points or digital providers within programme rules.

You may lodge a grievance via Community-Based Grievance Committees, MoGYSD District Offices, or the Online Grievance Portal (coming soon). You can also use the Contact Us page.
